It is sad to see these things happen in a society that has an ever growing gap between the rich and the poor, but again... can we call these people poor??? Hiring a sick man for begging is more than I can imagine of degredation. I don't have a real magic solution for this, didn't think of it much anyway. But I think a whole society and financial shake up is the key.
As per your suggestion gray fox... I will play the sick one :)
